**JOB SUMMARY**
Reporting to the Logistics Director, the Warehouse Support Logistics Coordinator is primarily responsible for the remote management of 3PL warehouse operations in Canada and the United States. He/she will be the first point of contact for warehouses in managing their day-to-day operations, and in resolving logístical and other problems.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Responsible for transactions with external warehouses (3PL)**
- **Transactional process monitoring**:Responsible for the daily supervision of external warehouse transactions and inventory management, ensuring that all required processes are completed on time.
- **Order Prioritization**:Communication with the different warehouses under his/her responsibility to prioritize daily outbound orders, according to the deadlines set by customers (including tracking and scheduling shipments in the customers' TMS).
- **Movement coordination**:Coordination and planning of product movement, including storage and shipping.
- Management of BOLs and ASNs for different customers when required.
- **ERP documentation**:Document various orders and transactions in the ERP system (Epicor).
- **Performance monitoring**:Monitor productivity and performance of each warehouse (KPI).
- **Support and training**:Train and support warehouses on our internal systems (Epicor ERP, SOP, etc.) and on FEDEX invoice management.
**Penalty management**
- **Shipment verification**:Ensure the accuracy and completeness of each shipment (inbound and outbound).
- **Customer needs analysis**:Understand the requirements of each of our customers to meet their requirements.
- **Order investigation**:Analyze each problematic order and carry out investigations to find the source of error.
- **Documentation and updating**:Document all relevant information according to internal procedures and keep them up to date.
- **Ticket management**:Manage ticket files on the various supplier platforms (from creation to closure).
- **Penalty tracking**:Ensure proper tracking of penalties (including dispute mechanism).
**Supply chain team Support**
- **Logistics**:Assist the logistics team with ground transportation, customs, shipping, inter-warehouse transfers and ocean freight.
- **Purchasing**:assist the purchasing team with purchase orders, purchasing analyses, inventories, etc.
**REQUIREMENTS, QUALITIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED**
- **Education**:Bachelor's degree in Logistics Operations Management (GOL) or DEC in Transportation Logistics or related field. Any combination of relevant education or experience will be considered.
- **Experience**:at least two years' experience in warehouse coordination or transportation logistics;
- Knowledge of penalty management;
- Experience with major clients in the retail sector (asset).
- Spoken and written languages: French and advanced English;
- Knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel and Outlook;
- Thoroughness;
- Perseverance;
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously / organizational skills;
- Communication skills;
- Ability to learn and adapt;
- Analytical skills to effectively identify sources of problems;
- Autonomy and teamwork.
