Prairie Home Painting is a growing painting company and sister company to Prairie Home Roofing & Exteriors, a well-established family-owned roofing and exteriors company recognized for its outstanding quality of workmanship and customer service.

Professionalism and great customer service will be a key aspect of your day, as a significant part of your role will be on-site with customers, conducting inspections, as well as preparing estimates, following up with the customer, and settling details of approved projects. With the exception of monthly team meetings and any on-site inspections and customer meetings, you have the freedom to work remotely if you'd like. Weekly hours will average around 20, but may vary seasonally, with busier weeks having the potential to get a few more hours and slower weeks giving the freedom to work a little less.

While we currently expect this to be a part-time role, we are a growing company and expect the role to grow to a full-time position over time.

Compensation will be a combination of fixed base pay and commission to top up your earnings, ideal for motivated sales people.
