**Summary**

We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented person who thrives on keeping things running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our customer service and sales team—managing orders, coordinating schedules, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Taking and processing customer orders in our ERP system with accuracy and speed
- Updating and maintaining customer records to keep our database in top shape
- Coordinating weekly sales rep runs and keeping their stock levels in check
- Updating sales territory maps and supporting reps with route planning
- Managing stock requirements for sales reps and ensuring smooth supply
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships

**We’re Looking For Someone Who**
- Has exceptional **attention to detail**—you’ll spot what others miss
- Possesses **common sense** and knows how to make smart, practical decisions
- Is a **self-starter** who doesn’t need micromanaging to get things done
- Is comfortable juggling multiple tasks without losing track of priorities
- Has hospitality experience (a big plus for understanding customer needs)
- Is tech-savvy and quick to learn systems like ERP software
