**Vice President of Operations or Chief Operating Officer**

We are looking for an experienced, seasoned Vice President of Operations or Chief Operating Officer to oversee our organization’s ongoing operations and procedures. You will be the company’s second-in-command and responsible for the efficiency of the business. This role is a key member of the senior management team.

Your job is to drive our team’s success by managing and launching a state-of-the-art technology platform, including the software development team and all of the operational functions.

In this role, you will foster and lead a world class product development team to deliver the best digital marketing experiences for the industry. You grey hair and wrinkles prove you have the battle scars of success with bringing software development projects to launch and financial success

**Responsibilities**
- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.)
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
- Participate in expansion activities (corporate alliances, etc.)
- Manage relationships with partners/vendors

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record and experience as Vice President of Operations or Chief Operating Officer or relevant role
- Highly analytical and strategic
- Experienced managing and running a P&L
- Experience working in a start-up
- Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Software Development, etc.
- Demonstrable high competency in strategic planning and business development
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
