We are currently seeking a full-time Food Processor to join our team based out of our Calgary, AB location.
Position: Full Time, Permanent
Wage: $16.30/hour
Location: 290212 Township Road 261, Rocky View County, Alberta, T4A 0V6
Note: This individual must have access to their own vehicle, as public transit does not reach our office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working in a cooler environment,- Able to lift up to 50lbs,- Able to stand and bend to complete tasks,- Cutting, peeling, and sorting vegetables,- Meeting production outputs,- Following GMP practices,- Cleaning of equipment,- Communicating quality issues; and- Working in a team environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have a reliable means of transport,- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,- English speaking skills required,- Accountable and dependable,- Open to work in a changing work environment and able to multi-task,- Flexibility in working schedule (Weekend and Holidays as required), and- Experience in food manufacturing procedures is an asset.
