**Sales Coordinator-Calgary, AB**

With approximately 3,300 employees, JBS Food Canada ULC (“JBS Canada”) is one of Canada's largest beef processors. Consisting of four locations—the main processing facility located in Brooks, Alberta, where approximately 4,200 head of cattle are harvested and processed daily; the Head Office and a case ready plant, both based in Calgary, Alberta; and JBS Ontario, a case ready plant located in Belleville, Ontario. The JBS Canada facility in Brooks has the capacity to produce products ranging from boxed beef primals, ground beef, beef trimmings, beef by-products and hides which are shipped across Canada and worldwide. At the multi-protein Mountain Creek Farms case-ready facility in Calgary, JBS Canada produces value-added products including marinated, portion sized, multi-pack options, kebabs and much more. JBS Ontario in Belleville produces fresh meat and seafood products for leading retailers in Canada.

**This position is located in Calgary, Alberta**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by collaborating with sales team to ensure customer and JBS’s need are fulfilled;
- Maintain accurate data archives to manage reporting requests;
- Consult when necessary with clients after sale to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
- Data entry (order entry).

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient computer skills/abilities and ability to execute administrative responsibilities;
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed by operational requirements and courses/training;
- Results oriented with a high degree of self-motivation;
- Fluent in English and possessing exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Must demonstrate excellent presentation skills;
- Ability to build and maintain effective internal and external working relationships with a desire to exceed customer expectations
- Ability to function in a high pressure, fast-paced sales environment
- Demonstrate integrity and trust in all activities, with the ability to work with a sense of urgency.
- Detailed oriented. Organized and disciplined with time and responsibilities.
- Post-secondary education in a related field is preferred, although equivalent work experience will be considered;
- Minimum 2 years in administrative, sales role preferred.
