**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise night shift production teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output.
- Oversee aluminum welding, assembly, and shipping processes.
- Communicate clearly with team members in both French and English.
- Maintain production schedules and meet daily/weekly targets.
- Enforce health and safety regulations across the shift.
- Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency.
- Coordinate with day shift leadership for smooth handoffs and reporting.

**Skills and Experience**:

- **Bilingual - French & English (required)**:

- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on knowledge of aluminum welding (MIG/TIG)
- Strong understanding of assembly processes and shipping logistics
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in industrial settings

**Shift Schedule**:
**Monday to Thursday**

**4:00PM - 3:00AM shifts**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Competitive Salary

Plus $4 dollar premium for night shift

Expected hours: No more than 42 per week

**Superviseur(e) de production**

**Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) Superviseur(e) de Production - Quart de nuit**, motivé(e) et expérimenté(e), pour diriger nos opérations de soudure de l’aluminium, d’assemblage et d’expédition.

**Responsabilités principales**:

- Superviser les équipes de production du quart de nuit afin d’assurer un rendement sécuritaire, efficace et de haute qualité.
- Gérer les opérations de soudure d’aluminium, d’assemblage et d’expédition.
- Communiquer clairement avec les membres de l’équipe en français et en anglais.
- Maintenir les échéanciers de production et atteindre les objectifs quotidiens et hebdomadaires.
- Appliquer les règles de santé et sécurité au travail pendant tout le quart.
- Identifier et mettre en œuvre des améliorations aux processus pour accroître l’efficacité.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe de jour pour assurer une transition fluide et un bon suivi des activités.

**Compétences et expérience**:

- Bilingue - français et anglais (obligatoire)
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en supervision dans un environnement manufacturier
- Connaissance pratique de la soudure d’aluminium (MIG/TIG)
- Bonne compréhension des processus d’assemblage et de la logistique d’expédition
- Solides compétences en gestion d’équipe et en leadership
- Connaissance des règlements en matière de santé et sécurité en milieu industriel

**Horaire du quart**:
Du lundi au jeudi
Quart de travail : 16h00 à 3h00

**Type de poste**: Temps plein, Permanent
**Salaire**: Salaire concurrentiel
**Prime de soir**: 4 $/h en supplément
**Heures prévues**: Maximum de 42 heures par semaine
