United Gulf Developments is a Halifax based group of companies responsible for the planning, construction and development of a large and robust number of projects from newly built commercial plazas to high rise residential apartments as well as luxury homes.

We are hiring an experienced Realtor to expand our Real Estate team.
- Very organized, efficient and detail oriented,
- Creative, professional and self-motivated,
- Customer service must be a top priority,
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- **Must be a licensed realtor**

**Qualifications**:

- Assist client in selling properties
- Conduct market research to determine property values
- Create and maintain listings of available properties
- Show properties to potential buyers
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale
- Prepare and submit offers, counteroffers, and other legal documents
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
- Guide clients through the closing process

**Compensation**:
Competitive salary based upon experience PLUS opportunities for bonuses.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
