Position Title: Real Estate Salesperson

Role and Responsibilities:

- As a Real Estate Salesperson with Air Realty, you will facilitate smooth real estate transactions, support our clients, and build strong relationships in the community. Your responsibilities will encompass:

- Servicing Air Realty leads (5-15 leads per month)
- Negotiating property sales to achieve optimal outcomes for clients
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions
- Maintaining strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends

Compensation and Benefits:

- We offer competitive commission splits with the potential to earn your way to a 90/10 split. Our attractive package also includes:

- No monthly desk fees
- A robust network of professionals for mentoring and collaboration
- Complimentary hands-on training and deal assistance
- Access to office leads and virtual traffic

The opportunity to give back to your community: With every transaction, you can choose to donate $25 of your commission to a local charity. We will match your donation with an additional $25 in your name.

**Requirements**:

- A valid Real Estate License, or plans to complete the Nova Scotia Real Estate Course.
- A strong commitment to excellence, hard work, and perseverance.
- Exceptional business acumen, with the ability to independently navigate complex transactions.
- High level of integrity and dedication to fostering trust with clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

- Commission pay
