As a Junior Clinical Research Coordinator, you will be eligible for the following perks:

**Responsibilities**
- Prioritize patient safety and patient care
- Produce high-quality patient recruitment tactics
- Assist in all aspects of Clinical Research protocols
- Maintains confidentiality of data as required
- Accounts for study materials, including participant lists and visit logs, regulatory binders, case report forms, laboratory kits, and investigational product(s)
- Accurately creates, completes, maintains and organizes study documents
- Implement quality assurance systems to ensure high-quality data and documentation

**Education/Experience**
- Bachelor's degree OR 1+ years of experience in a research environment, or an equivalent combination of experience, education and training.

**Knowledge and skills**
- Strong knowledge of GCP standards and applicable regulatory requirements
- Excellent mastery of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced evolving environment and establish good relationships with colleagues, sites and sponsors
- Excellent leadership, organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and French (excellent oral and written)
- Analytical mindset
- Willingness to continually self-educate

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Montréal, QC H4A 3T2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- research environment: 1 year (preferred)
