We are looking for an experienced Production Lead to oversee day-to-day production in our Edmonton Branch. Production Leads key responsibilities will be monitoring, organizing, and optimizing production needs to meet daily targets.

At Executive Mat Service, our Production Lead is an integral part of the production process. They must be competent and comprehend daily operational needs to maintain smooth and efficient workflows. Communication and leadership within the team is critical to the success of the role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee warehouse production.
- Ensure there is proper training in Production.
- Ability to assist in all areas of operational needs including but limited to warehouse, shipping receiving, and performing delivers for customers.
- Scheduling and meeting daily production targets. Ensure all H&S policies and regulations are followed.
- Conduct Monthly team meetings.
- Monitor performance tracking and reporting for operations.
- Schedule all equipment maintenance.
- Ensure Route Service Reps have all products needed daily.
- Assist in communication with the head office about any issues.
- Overseeing a team of 1-3.

Ø Self Starter with the ability to work both independently and in team environments

Ø Team player with strong leadership skills who can make decisions and solve problems

Ø Ability to organize tasks and assess priorities for effective time management

Ø Strong work ethic and positive team attitude

Ø Strong organizational and communication both written and verbal skills

Ø Mechanical Aptitude

Ø Must be able to lift to 50 pounds

Ø Service support as required.

Ø Valid Driver’s License
