Construction Administrator

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Oversee and coordinate construction project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and submittals.
- Conduct regular construction inspections to ensure adherence to quality control standards and project specifications.
- Assist in the preparation of construction estimates and budgets, providing accurate assessments of project costs.
- Collaborate with project managers to monitor project progress and address any issues that arise during the construction phase.
- Facilitate communication between contractors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain organized records of all project-related documents and correspondence for easy access and reference.
- Support quality inspection processes by identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in construction administration or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with construction inspection practices, quality control measures, and project management principles is essential.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and building processes is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with various stakeholders professionally.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance
Pay: $23.47-$24.28 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
