Join the Culinary team in Anglers Dining Room at Dolphins Resort. Campbell River's premier fine-dining restaurant. Be part of the action to deliver exceptional fine-dining value to guests in an award-winning dining room. We offer a low volume high end culinary experience that focuses on creativity, featuring fresh locally sourced ingredients. Display your love for the culinary arts through perfect execution, product knowledge, and an unwavering commitment to the guest experience. The dining room is currently open Wednesday to Sunday.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining an organized and efficient workspace, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Preparing and arranging food
- Ensuring food is presented properly and that all components are prepared adequately.
- Ensuring the quality and standard of food.
- Ensuring frideges, freezers and work area are left in a tidy and organized manner.
- Ensuring food is properly stored and wrapped.
- FIFO
- Rotating stock
- Other duties as assigned.

**Skills**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members effectively
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
