**Key Responsibilities**

You will perform a wide variety of fabrication and shop support duties, including but not limited to:

- Fabricating curtain wall and window frames
- Fabricating aluminum and steel door frames
- Welding aluminum and steel components
- Operating saws, mills, and punching equipment
- Setting up shop machinery and tools
- Operating H&G silicone pump
- Managing parts inventory and stocking shelves
- Fulfilling pick lists and preparing packing slips
- Loading/unloading materials and operating a forklift
- Organizing materials for job sites
- Performing pickups and deliveries
- Crating glass and frames
- Completing shipping documentation accurately

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Proven experience fabricating **window, curtain wall**, or **door systems**:

- Strong working knowledge of:

- Stick curtain wall
- Structural glazing
- Window and door fabrication systems
- Ability to operate common shop tools and machinery
- Experience managing inventory and shop logistics
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely
- Forklift experience is an asset

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
