**Overview**:
Pembina's Conventional/Oilsands Business Units include a strategically positioned network of pipelines and related infrastructure, encompassing various hubs and terminals. This network facilitates the transportation of crude oil, condensate, and natural gas liquids across significant areas of Alberta, as well as parts of British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and North Dakota. Pembina ranks among Canada's largest operators of oil sands and heavy oil pipelines, and its Oil Sands business unit manages one of the most extensive merchant terminal operations in western Canada. These integrated assets enable us to offer long-term, dedicated transportation services to our customers.
**Responsibilities may include but not limited to**:
- Prepare and submit employee and/or contractor information for site access on shared sites;
- Complete goods and service receipts in SAP;
- Creation and editing of reports and documents utilizing SAP and BPC Reporting;
- Route invoices for proper approval and payment;
- Monitor the delivery of services to aid in tracking and forecasting expenditures;
- Complete monthly forecasting updates utilizing BPC;
- Adhering to important monthly financial deadlines;
- Assist with corporate credit card reconciliation;
- Provisioning: Onboarding new employees;
- Other duties as requested; and
- Participate and support an equitable, diverse, and inclusive workplace.
**Qualifications**:
- A minimum of Grade 12, High School Diploma with 2-5 years office experience preferably in the oil and gas industry;
- Post-Secondary Business Administration is an asset;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision;
- SAP experience would be an asset; and
- Computer literate with specific knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel and SharePoint.
