**Position Overview**:
The **Dispatcher** plays a key role in coordinating our fleet operations — including roll-off, tow, clam, and transport trucks. This position ensures routes are optimized, schedules run smoothly, and safety and compliance remain top priorities.

The wage for this position is $60,000- $80,000 based on skills and experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and dispatch drivers to ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries.- Plan and optimize routes for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.- Maintain clear communication with drivers and provide real-time support.- Monitor vehicle locations and performance using dispatch systems.- Ensure compliance with transportation laws, safety standards, and company policies.- Collaborate with logistics and yard teams to coordinate daily operations.- Provide excellent customer service by managing inquiries and updates promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in a dispatch or fleet coordination role preferred.- Knowledge of transportation regulations across Ontario and Quebec.- Proficiency with Google Workspace and dispatch/tracking software (e.g., Fleet Complete, ScrapIT, CRM).- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
