**Job Summary**
We are an established education institution dedicated to providing exceptional services to students, parents, and educators. We are looking for a dynamic, service-oriented individual who is fluent in both English and Chinese to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role focuses on facilitating smooth communication between parents and teachers, as well as coordinating student scheduling.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate student class schedules and handle rescheduling requests.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and teachers, ensuring clear communication between both parties.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and resolve any scheduling conflicts or communication issues.
- Support parents and students with their enrollment, course information, and other needs.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- A positive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
- Previous experience in customer service or in an educational environment is a plus.

Pay: $18.50-$21.00 per hour
