**Some of what you will do**:
As a Qualification Specialist, you’re a champion of the customer experience, print products, and print services. You enable our work, learn, and grow culture for our customers and associates. Passionate about print, print products, & print services, you continuously grow your knowledge by committing to ongoing self-development and share your expertise with your team members. You will be responsible for connecting with customers to understand their print needs and route to the correct sales team. You’ll partner with our inside & outside sales team, and our graphic design teams, to provide further services and products. Each day will be challenging, fast paced, meaningful and rewarding.

**Specifically, you will**:

- Connect, share and partner with customers to gather details for referrals
- Discovery/qualification call with the customer to gather details, qualify the annual print/promo spend potential
- Identify opportunities for immediate needs, routing to the correct sales team
- Provide customer with generic information of Staples capabilities
- Update stages for all referrals and provide notes for referrals that are unqualified
- Document all key details in Salesforce record including details on decision makers

**Some of what you need**:

- Post Secondary education with a degree or diploma
- Customer Service or Retail Service role (1+ years)
- Print Production or sales experience is an asset
- Working knowledge of sales or customer service in a print production is an asset
- Graphic design is an asset
- Bilingual English/French - verbal & written communication
