Position Overview
We're seeking a curious, organized, and friendly individual eager to join our Pointe-Claire Office and immerse themselves in the wealth management industry. As an Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our team, ensuring exceptional client service, and managing administrative tasks crucial to our business operations. This role is a hybrid position.

**Responsibilities**:
**Investment Advisor Support**:

- Assist the Investment Advisors in preparing account documentation including client reviews, presentations, correspondence and reports, NAAF and KYC Updates
- Assist the Investment Advisors in preparing client meeting, Tax Packages, Maximizer Data Integrity and other Administrative tasks assigned
- Facilitate transfers and manage client cash flows

**Client Service**:

- Foster and support client relationships
- Respond to requests for information from clients
- Investigate and resolve inquiries related to accounts
- Request information and documentation from clients in order to open accounts and keep client files up to date
- Manage calendars and prepare meeting materials
- Follow up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery

**Administration**:

- Maintain spreadsheets
- Filing and general administrative office duties as required
- Maintain meticulous documentation of accounts
- Adhere to professional practices and standards, as well as internal processes and controls

**Qualifications**:

- Superior client relationship management skills
- Demonstrate a professional and friendly manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and intermediate verbal and written communication skills in French
- Relevant experience in the financial sector and/or administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Maximizer (preferred)
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, work within time constraints and follow-up
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and programs

Education
- Post-secondary education or relevant work experience
- Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and the Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH)
