**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain updated records in various databases.
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages as needed.
- Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Support the medical office by scheduling appointments and managing patient records efficiently.
- Organize office supplies and maintain an orderly workspace for optimal productivity.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective communication and workflow within the office.
- Provide general administrative support as required, including filing, scanning, and document preparation.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
- Experience with phone systems and basic office equipment is essential.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week

Additional pay:
