**Job Summary**

QuestEdge Solutions is hiring a **Technical Sales Representative** to join our growing team. This is a **field-based, outbound B2B sales role** where you’ll be responsible for **prospecting**, **meeting clients in person**, and helping businesses modernize their **payment and technology systems** (POS solutions, payment processing tools, and software).

**You’ll be on the road each day, visiting businesses in your territory using your own vehicle. Because this is a field role, you’ll enjoy a high degree of freedom and flexibility — you’re in control of your time and your success.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform **outbound prospecting**: cold calling, walk-ins, referrals, and networking
- **Travel daily** to visit B2B clients in your assigned area using your own car
- Conduct on-site consultations to understand client needs
- Recommend tailored POS and payment solutions that improve operations
- Deliver product demos and ROI-driven sales presentations
- Negotiate pricing and close deals
- Track leads, activity, and follow-ups using CRM tools
- Train clients and their teams on how to use POS systems and software
- Coordinate with technical support teams to resolve post-sale issues
- Attend trade shows and local networking events as needed

**Required Qualifications**
- **2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience** (cold calling, prospecting, face-to-face selling)
- Industry experience in **fintech, telecom, software, or business solutions** is a strong asset
- Strong communication, closing, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working **independently in the field**:

- **Valid driver’s license** and consistent access to a **reliable personal vehicle**:

- Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday

**Compensation & Benefits**

- Target total compensation**:$55,000 - $110,000+** (based on performance)
