Reporting to the Superintendent, the Junior Project Coordinator Co-op will be responsible to ensure the achievement of general and specific project requirements.

This is a 6-months, Co-op opportunity with our Telecommunications team.

**What You'll Do Here**:

- Provide support to the team and crew members.
- Handle and distribute construction materials for crews.
- Provide status and progress reports to the project supervisor/manager.
- Coordinate site procurement activities including preparation of purchase requisitions, materials tracking and ensuring traceability of materials when installed in the field.
- Ensure active involvement in quality assurance with regards to understating and implementing policies and procedures.
- Support with site vists and inspections as required in preparation for locate requests.
- Provide project management and estimation assistance as required.
- Organize troubleshooting service requests for crews and ensure availability of the tools and materials needed.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Drive an inclusive culture to promote equity, welcome different perspectives, and enable career progression by fostering a sense of belonging.

**What You Bring to the Team**:

- Enrolled in an accredited engineering or construction programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft word, excel, and outlook.
- High level of drive, competitive spirit and track record of achievement.
- Organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize and multi-task/ Service orientated.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Be a champion of inclusion and diversity.
