We are an energetic, fun, successful, and growing Toronto real estate development company that is looking for a Marketing Coordinator co-op student to bolster our branding strategy and social media presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop marketing plans for the real estate development projects. This includes identifying target audiences, selecting appropriate marketing channels, and creating marketing materials.
- Manage campaigns, ensuring they are executed effectively and efficiently. This includes tracking campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed, and reporting on results.
- Organize and coordinate events related to the real estate development projects. This includes open houses, ground-breaking ceremonies, and other special events.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and plans.
- Manage the company's social media accounts, ensuring that they are up-to-date and engaging. This includes creating content, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring performance metrics.
- Work with external vendors such as designers, printers, and media agencies to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
- Support the sales team by creating sales materials, provide market research and analysis, and coordinating with external vendors to produce marketing collateral

**Required Skills**:

- Enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business, Marketing, Graphic Design or similar.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- Proficiency in word processing, Microsoft Office Package, strong formatting, proofreading, accuracy and thoroughness.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in website design software. No coding experience is required but basic understanding of HTML would be preferred.
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize workload.
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential and sensitive issues with discretion.
- Flexibility to work outside of the job description.

**Details**:

- Salary information: $20-24 per hour.
- Office location: 2229 Kingston Road, Scarborough.
