**About our client and role**:
Our client is a SaaS company whose mission is to create well designed APIs that enable businesses to automate and scale otherwise manual processes.
They are looking for an incredible **Financial Coordinator** who is excited about logistics, data & finding efficient solutions You will be responsible for bridging the gap between logistics & partnership & sales team. Also you will play a pivotal role in optimizing their accounting processes while fostering seamless collaboration between their logistics/operations and accounting teams.
**Role And Responsibilities**:
- Tracking invoices and ensuring completeness and appropriate recording of invoices for billing, tracking, and data analysis purposes.
- Reconciling invoices with stripe and QBO.
- Tracking and reconciling expense with bank statements
- Creating a control mechanism for reducing the monthly expenses of the company to boost the profitability of the company. Helping in creating the monthly reports and keeping track of budgets so that expenses are within allocated financial estimates.
- Setting up bank accounts & reconciling financial transactions.
- Ensuring payment is received from customers and other debtors
- Overseeing and preparing income statements.
- Participating in budgeting processes.
- Support audit processes.
- Draft and follow internal policies and Spend Control and Monitoring internal controls.
**Qualification & Experience**:
- Excellent in Data Analysis and Reporting
- Accounting and Financial background preferred
- Project Management experience preferred but not mandatory
- Strong people management skills with an aptitude for coaching and team development
- Experience with QBO is an asset
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
