**About Forcefield**:
We’re one of Canada’s fastest-growing high-visibility apparel and industrial glove brands. We make purpose-driven gear for workers who keep the world running. We’re expanding our retail sales team and need a sharp, detail-oriented **Retail Analyst** to support major accounts like **Walmart and Canadian Tire**.

**About the Role**:
This is a sales support and data execution role. You’ll work directly with our Director of Retail Sales to support account growth through precise forecasting, Retail Link data pulls, replenishment tracking, and portal management. If you’re someone who lives in spreadsheets, loves solving problems, and can see patterns in numbers—you’ll thrive here.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Support retail sales team with **data reporting, replenishment tracking, and forecasting**:

- Manage product listings, POs, and compliance tasks in vendor portals (e.g., Retail Link, CT vendor systems)
- Analyze weekly sales data and flag issues or opportunities
- Assist with item setup, UPC and SKU maintenance, and line review preparation
- Help build and maintain reporting dashboards and tools
- Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless fulfillment

**What You Bring**:

- Experience working with **Walmart Retail Link** (must-have)
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and organized
- Experience supporting national retailers (Walmart, CT, Home Depot, etc.)
- Understanding of replenishment models, EDI, and retail planning tools
- Bonus: experience in consumer goods, apparel, or industrial supply
