As a Senior Financial Analyst, you are responsible for providing oversight and reporting associated with a business unit, retail client programs, as well as our project initiatives. This position is fluid and will provide the right individual with the opportunity to grow with the company and take on new challenges.What you’ll do:Perform financial reporting, ad-hoc business analyses, and financial modelingFacilitate financial review meetings with business groups and work with business managers to ensure effective finance and cost managementWork closely with the business managers to drive operational efficiencyManage the financial planning and analysis effort, using the key input levers to the businessDevelop ad hoc business analysis and present recommendations to senior management on strategic decisions and planned future initiativesEstablish and maintain operating and business metricsYou will also be accountable for the accounting duties and recording of financial operationsWhat you’ve done:CPA designation completed or in progressUniversity degree in Finance or Accounting5+ years experience in finance and accounting, with strong exposure to financial close, consolidations, and reconciliationsAdvanced Excel skills, pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysisDemonstrated passion for data accuracy, integrity, and documentationAbility to thrive in a high-energy, fast paced, and collaborative environmentStrong business acumenResults oriented with the ability to take initiatives, prioritize and manage multiple tasksSuperior interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to deal with people at all levels of the organizationWorking knowledge of Dynamics NAV an assetWhat’s in it for you:Competitive base salary plus bonusVacation plus additional flex daysComprehensive benefitsOpportunities to grow your careerA supportive workplace culture and work environmentThe Interview Process:Step 1: If your profile is a match, we will invite you for a first conversation with the recruiter.Step 2: The next step is an in-person interview with the hiring Director.Step 3: The final step is a panel conversation with the SVP Finance.If this sounds like you and you’re excited to be a member of our team, pleaseapply now.We thank all interested applicants; however, only qualified candidates will be contacted.
