**Job Opportunity: Dental Administrator**
Are you an experienced dental administrator who loves working in a positive and patient-focused environment? We're looking for a **Dental Administrator** to join our amazing team

- A professional with **recent dental administrative experience** ( minimum 2 years required).
- A passion for delivering **exceptional customer service** with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Strong **attention to detail** and **excellent organizational skills**.
- A **team player** who thrives in a collaborative setting.
- Experience in **treatment planning** (an asset but not required).
- Proficient and recent experience with **Cleardent** and **Recallmax**software (required).

**Duties**
- Sending Referrals to corresponding offices
- Sending referrals to the corresponding office
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized schedule for the office.
- Handle patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Maintain accurate electronic records using Cleardent and Recallmax.
- Process patient information and ensure compliance with dental terminology standards.
- Day end and Month end financial reports.
- Assist with billing inquiries and insurance verification as needed.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
