**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Administrator to join our team in a dynamic office environment. Dental administrator experience typically involves managing the day-to-day operations of a dental office or clinic. This role combines administrative tasks with a focus on patient care, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining compliance with health regulations.

**Responsibilities**
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dental office, including maintaining patient records, scheduling appointments, and managing patient flow.
- Ensuring a positive patient experience by addressing patient concerns, handling complaints, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Excellent time-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Managing patient billing, processing insurance claims, verifying insurance information, and following up on unpaid claims or accounts.
- Ensure the dental office is well-organized and supplies are adequately stocked.
- Communicate effectively with team regarding patient needs and appointment updates.
- Ability to handle difficult situations or patient complaints with diplomacy and professionalism.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as an Dental Administrator is preferred. Experience as Dental assistant is asset but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact positively with patients and team members alike.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and phone systems to manage communications effectively.
- Experience with Dentrix or Recall Maxx software is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 25 per week

Additional pay:

- Dental receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
