Key Responsibilities
: Administrative Duties:
- Perform vehicle orientations.
- Conduct in-house mask fit testing and issue completion certificates. Assist with placing and receiving inventory orders. Inventory Duties:
- Prepare and fulfill field orders (typically Mon, Wed & Fri).
- Assemble, disassemble, and inspect medic kits.
- Wipe data from phones/computers and ensure equipment is functional.
- Re-image computers when needed. Support job start-ups with required gear. Mask Fit Testing (External Clients):
- Maintain equipment and clean masks daily.
- Troubleshoot testing equipment.
- Accurately complete paperwork and issue certificates. Occasional travel for on-site testing. Shop Duties:
- Wash and disinfect vehicles.
- Complete vehicle inspections and related forms.
- Stock supplies in units and trailers.
- Shuttle vehicles for maintenance.
- Assist with deliveries and minor repairs. Maintain a clean and safe shop environment. Safety
Responsibilities:
- Follow company and legislative health and safety guidelines.
- Use appropriate PPE.
- Report hazards immediately.
- Refuse unsafe work when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Valid Non-GDL Class 5 driver’s license.
- Skid Steer certification is an asset.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong problem-solving and planning skills.
- Mechanically inclined and physically fit for work. CAN:AB:Edmonton
