Are you ready to take on a challenge in the high-tech world? We would be thrilled to have you on board Eddyfi Technologies is looking for a HRIS Administrator to join its team. We are seeking an HR System Administrator to manage and maintain our Dayforce platform, a key tool for human resources, talent management, and payroll within our company. This role involves the daily management of HR processes in the system, optimizing its functionalities, and training users to ensure efficient and compliant utilization aligned with the organization's needs.
**In this role, you will**:

- Management and Maintenance of the Dayforce System:

- Ensure the configuration, administration, and monitoring of the Dayforce platform to guarantee its proper functioning.
- Oversee software updates and system version management.
- Configure Dayforce modules based on HR needs (payroll, absence management, recruitment, talent management, etc.).
- Perform testing to verify the compliance of updates or adjustments made to the system.
- Technical Support and User Assistance:

- Provide technical support to Dayforce users by resolving issues and answering questions related to system usage.
- Train employees on best practices for using Dayforce, particularly HR managers, payroll supervisors, and staff.
- Create and maintain user guides and online resources for assistance.
- Analysis and Optimization of HR Processes:

- Analyze the needs of various HR departments and adapt Dayforce functionalities accordingly.
- Identify and recommend improvements or optimizations to enhance the efficiency of HR processes (recruitment, absence management, performance management, etc.).
- Monitor HR KPIs and generate analytical reports from Dayforce to support strategic decision-making.
- Security and Compliance Management:

- Ensure the security of HR data by adhering to privacy standards and applicable regulations.
- Manage system access permissions for users and maintain strict control over access rights.
- Collaboration with Internal and External Teams:

- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the integration of the Dayforce system with other HR tools or company ERPs.
- Work with external providers to resolve complex technical issues or address specific integration projects.
- Technological Monitoring and System Evolution:

- Stay informed about new features and updates in Dayforce, proposing improvements to meet the company’s evolving needs.
- Participate in training sessions or seminars on new versions of Dayforce and its advanced functionalities.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with expertise in the Dayforce platform or another HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
- Strong skills in troubleshooting technical issues and managing data.
- Proficiency in generating reports using tools integrated with Dayforce.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Proactive and able to anticipate needs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to train and support users.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to propose innovative solutions.
- Strong sense of confidentiality and adherence to data security standards.
- Bilingual in French and English.
