Human Resources Advisor

**What you’ll do**
- Identify and implement strategic recruiting channels and methods in supporting franchise business leaders and managers around recruitment. Execute on recruitment strategy by banner
- Advise, support and coach store managers in various human resource management practices such as defining roles and responsibilities, organizational structure, compensation, performance improvement, conflict resolution, and employee experience
- Establish the strategy and management of various benefit programs to ensure the administrative follow-up of the group insurance program for franchise stores
- Actively participate in the implementation, deployment, and communication of the harmonization of HR practices and processes. Act as a change agent for the HR vision of retail stores - franchise
- Build documentation, manuals, and training aids pertaining to human resources.
- Stay up to date of new trends in human resources management

**What you bring**
- 8 to 10 years of experience minimum, of which at least 5 years is in a senior HR and retail role
- Undergraduate degree in human resource management, CPHR designation
- In-depth knowledge and experience of the recruitment processes, benefits, compensation, occupational health, and safety/labour laws
- Mastery of the latest talent acquisition strategies and tools
- Experience building successful relationships and partnerships at all organizational levels and the ability to influence managers and leaders and provide proactive consultation and solutions
- Excellent analytic skills and the ability to organize and express ideas clearly
- Experience in driving and leading change initiatives
