**Summary of Responsibilities**:

- PROVIDING EXCELLENT GUEST EXPERIENCE THROUGH WARM WELCOMES, PROFESSIONALISM AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL
- HAVE A GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF ALL MENUS, PRODUCTS AND BUSINESS FUNCTIONS IN ORDER TO ANSWER QUESTIONS EFFECTIVELY
- TAKING FEEDBACK FROM GUESTS PROFESSIONALLY
- WORK PROFESSIONALLY AND EFFECTIVELY WITH ALL BOH AND FOH TEAM MEMBERS
- BE ABLE TO MAINTAIN HIGH STANDARDS OF CLEANLINESS, EFFICIENCY AND ORGANIZATION BY MANAGING HIGH VOLUME WAIT-LISTS AT THE DOOR, GUARANTEEING FOOD IS QUICKLY AND CORRECTLY DELIVERED TO TABLES, AND ENSURING THE DINING ROOM AND SERVICE AREAS ARE CLEAN, STOCKED AND VISUALLY APPEALING
- COMPLETING RESTAURANT SIDE DUTIES

**The Chosen Applicant Will**:

- EXPERIENCE IN A FULL-SERVICE RESTAURANT SETTING IS AN ASSET
- A PASSION FOR PROVIDING GENUINE HOSPITALITY, ENSURING INFORMED AND INSPIRED SERVICE TO GUESTS AT ALL TIMES
- FEEL EXCITEMENT ABOUT WORKING WITH PREMIUM PRODUCTS, CHEF CURATED DISHES, TRENDSETTING COCKTAILS, AND LIKE-MINDED HOSPITALITY INDIVIDUALS
- HAVE A CURIOUS NATURE, ALWAYS LOOKING TO FURTHER THEIR PRODUCT AND SERVICE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS AND PROVIDE INFORMED AND INSPIRED SERVICE TO GUESTS AT ALL TIMES
- HAVE UP TO DATE SERVING IT RIGHT IS AN ASSET
