**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Host/Busser/Food Runner to join our dynamic team. In this multifaceted role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless dining experience. You will also assist in maintaining the flow of service by supporting our servers and ensuring that tables are set and cleared efficiently. **Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and guide them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly to tables.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to prepare for the next guests.
- Ensure that the dining area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding food orders and guest requests.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Support overall restaurant operations by performing various tasks as needed.

**Experience**
- Previous host/host experience is preferred but not required.
- Background in food service or restaurant experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous.
- Experience in hotel settings or guest services is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: $26.00 per hour
