**Site Manager Role**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional sales and service to our new and existing customers
- Ensure a neat, clean, safe and secure facility always
- Recommend appropriate unit sizes and services based on individual customer’s needs
- Understand and explain the rental process to customers
- Maintain complete and accurate tenant files
- Accurately manage cash and balance receipts, perform collections, post payments and process daily bank deposits
- Conduct daily visual inspections of entire property
- Ability to assist with new facility openings
- Hiring, Training, Development of new team members
- Business Planning
- P&L Management
- Monthly Reporting and Auditing
- Community Networking and Business Development

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 4 years management experience - Experience in the self-storage industry a plus
- Strong work ethic with exceptional decision-making skills
- Able to work independently and with mínimal supervision
- Willing to work in all outdoor conditions/elements
- Excellent customer service, sales and marketing skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year
