We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Site Manager Assistant to join our team in a prestigious high-end residential condo strata community. This position supports the Site Manager, Concierge Team, and Janitorial Staff to maintain the cleanliness, functionality, and overall excellence of our property, which includes two residential towers, adjoining townhouses, and high-end amenities such as pool, gym, landscaped pond, and shared spaces.
The Site Manager Assistant plays a crucial hands-on role in supporting the Site Manager with the daily maintenance and operations of a large residential high-rise. This position is ideal for a skilled handyman who can perform minor repairs, oversee building maintenance, and assist in ensuring a safe and well-maintained living environment for residents.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Property and Facility Maintenance**
**Under the direction of the Site Manager**:
- Perform minor handyman repairs, including touch-up painting and general maintenance tasks.
- Conduct basic plumbing work, such as unclogging drains, replacing washers, and assisting with plumbing maintenance.
- Perform labour tasks that would otherwise be outsourced (e.g. pressure washing, painting, clean-up)
- Conduct incremental clean-up in key areas, including the parkade, stairwells, gardens, sidewalks, and exterior perimeter sidewalks to maintain the building’s high standards.
- Maintain the pond, ensuring it remains
**Building Operations & Front Desk Supervisor**
- Provide Front Desk (Concierge) support during lunch breaks as needed.
- Stand in at the Front Desk approximately twice weekly for an hour to assist residents and support Concierge operations.
- Assist the Site Manager with fire alarm, testing, emergency drills, and safety equipment checks.
- Help with moving furniture and setting up amenity rooms for events or meetings as required.
- Ensure outdoor areas are kept tidy and well-maintained.
- Help maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety.
- Assist with deliveries, waste management, and upkeep common areas.
- Ensure tools, supplies, and maintenance equipment are organized and in working order
- Report maintenance issues and work progress to the Site Manager regularly.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Hands-on experience in building maintenance, handyman work, or property management
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work as a team
- Ability to lift heavy objects, use power tools, and perform physically demanding tasks
- Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude
- Willingness to be flexible with work hours
- Comfortable working with pressure washing and pool maintenance equipment (training provided if needed)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a variety of tasks
- Physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
- Availability to work full-time, Thursday to Monday
