**OVERNIGHT ATTENDANT AND SOCIAL SERVICES ADDICTION WORKER**

(Bed-based services sites)

**Monarch Recovery Services** provides support to people needing assistance to be able to participate in programs related to recovery from substance use. We are seeking 4 part-time/casual Social Services Addiction Worker to work 8 hour scheduled shifts at the Women’s Treatment Program and the Multifunctional Bed Program, and the Men's Recovery Home, evenings, weekends and overnight.

The job duties include: To supervise and monitor the clients and provide emotional support and grounding as required, ensure the safety and care of residents, maintain all client and other records as required, respond to emergency and crisis situations, assist in the completion of admissions and discharges, encourage activities that will assist the client with their recovery and other program duties.

**Qualifications**:

- Social Services Diploma or equivalent post-secondary education, addictions training or experience
- Familiar with residential settings
- Must have First Aid/CPR and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training.
- Must be proficient with the computer and microsoft products/apps.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and listening skills.
- Bilingual in French and English a definite asset

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $20.20-$23.14 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 32 per week
