**Responsibilities**
- Drafting and design for site planning
- Research planning policy regulations
- Prepare and maintain CAD Drafting standards + templates
- Prepare 2D & 3D colour illustrations
- Drafting support for engineering
- Communications with project managers and contractors

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Post Secondary degree or diploma in Urban Design/Architecture or related study
- Minimum 2 years experience in a planning or drafting related environment
- Knowledge of zoning regulations
- High proficiency using AutoCAD
- 3D rendering experience
- Artistic ability
- Proficient using Microsoft Office
- Proficient using Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with Land Registry Office an asset

(40 hours/week), Permanent

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

Competitive Salary: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00
