**About the Role**:
We're looking for an experienced leader and food service expert to join Tre'dish as our **Head of Culinary Operations** to help us build the operational infrastructure needed for our controlled pilot and commercial launch in Canada. We will use these processes to develop a scalable approach to our supply, and supply chain, allowing us to build a sustainable strategy launch in other regions as we grow. These processes that we develop will become essential to our ability to scale with a repeatable model as we expand to other regions. We need an agile problem solver, who can help us solution across culinary operations, food costing, supply chain management, menu development and menu management.

**What You'll Do***:

- Test our existing strategies for fulfillment and enhance them for our Controlled Pilot Launch Phase
- Help onboard and partner with our initial roster of food entrepreneurs who will test our software tools
- Design, test and execute our proposed development of a supply chain for the GTA pilot
- Develop custom fulfillment strategies for large-scale demand opportunities post campaign launch
- Design specific home food business concepts (recipes, food cost profile, SOP's) that are built-to-spec, and properly priced and costed to ensure the economics make sense for a home-based food entrepreneur
- “Architect” a Virtual Home Food Court (Food Court) by recruiting chefs, food entrepreneurs, and develop concepts to backfill the food court to hit target sales and unit economics for a region.
- Determining specific areas where we can build a home food court by finding rentable spaces that chefs can leverage outside of their home (Modular Supply Partnerships)
- Use learnings from pilot to develop processes and fulfillment strategies to be able to scale up supply based on demand strategies for future expansions

***What We're Looking For**:

- Significant professional experience in culinary operations (restaurants, commercial kitchen operations, foodtech or large-scale enterprise food service companies)
- 5+ years of progressive culinary experience in high volume, complex service and catering operations
- Clear experience in menu management - recipe design, menu design, budgeting, food and labor costs, inventory controls etc.
- Agile - willing to build processes and implement them for others to use (vs. Taking on existing company processes and working within them)
- Proven ability to develop innovative solutions for increased productivity
- Comprehensive knowledge of international cuisines and catering trends
- Thorough understanding of food equipment and safety standards
- Strong organizational, leadership, coaching and training skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing priorities and work demands
- Self-starter, innovative and ability to multitask
- Capable of representing Tre'dish in food service industry events and public relations appearances
- Strong working knowledge of data analysis and usage of supply management software that can help increase productivity
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with all chefs across the organization to identify growing needs and seek a full range of business solutions.
