**The Role**

We are currently looking to add a Winner Experience Ambassador to our Prize Payout Team. The Winner Experience Ambassador will play a pivotal role enhancing the overall winner experience both locally and remotely. In addition to supporting the day-to-day prize fulfillment experience, your responsibilities will extend to the strategic development of event goals, ensuring alignment with the organizational mission and objectives, and contributing to a comprehensive customer service program at WCLC.

In joining our team as the Winner Experience Ambassador, you would
- Assist with mapping of the customer journey and contribute to the development of the departments yearly plan, working within an allocated budget, and maintain the intake process.
- Plan and execute engaging and memorable events that elevate the winner experience for both local and remote participants.
- Manage, negotiate, and develop relationships with vendors and contacts in the WCLC region.
- Assist with contest prizing distribution while adhering to the organization's guidelines and governance structure.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and advertising teams to align content and design strategies for the winner experience program, including the management of promotional materials.

**Qualifications**
- 2 years experience as a customer service specialist or similar customer support role.
- Upbeat professional demeanor with strong empathy & listening skills.
- Proven experience in event planning and facilitation.
- Creativity in developing engaging and memorable experiences for winners.
- Superior problem-solving skills with the ability to delegate, set and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail while maintaining thorough follow through.

WCLC is the non-profit organization authorized to manage, conduct, and operate lottery and gaming-related activities at retail and online for the governments of Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba as well as The Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. We work closely with our governmental partners to bring a first-rate lottery experience to our players and meet their changing needs with new technology and tools.
