**The Role**

In joining our team as a Winner Experience Specialist, you will
- Work with customers in person and over the phone to pay out winning tickets
- Triage claims according to level of approval review required
- Collect related ticket purchase and validation information for file preparation
- Prepare standard documentation from developed templates
- Log incoming correspondence into the computer system
- Issue Prize payments
- General clerical duties
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Two years of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong self-management skills including prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking
- Proficient data-entry skills
- Openness to, and the ability to adapt to change in processes and technologies
