**Required Qualifications**:
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Completion of an accredited Unit Clerk Course or equivalent training program.

**Additional Required Qualifications**:
Recent staff scheduling experience. Medical Terminology required. Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. Strong organizational skills with ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. Ability and availability to pick up a combination of days, evenings, nights, weekends and short-call shifts.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Strong customer service focus preferred. Recent Pediatric/NICU experience preferred, medical/surgical unit experience is an asset.
