**Role Overview**:
Dermshop, Rejuvenation’s growing skincare e-commerce business, is seeking a proactive and versatile Dermshop Manager to support our next phase of growth and transformation. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is hands-on with operations, and is excited to shape a consumer-facing brand from the ground up.
We’re looking for a strong generalist — someone who can multitask across logistics, inventory, communications, and project coordination, and who wants to play a central role in the revitalization of a high-potential business unit.
**Role Objectives**:
The Dermshop Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and supporting the strategic execution of the Dermshop reorganization plan. Working closely with leadership and brand stakeholders, this person will help streamline processes, improve inventory control, build internal visibility, and support our early marketing and client incentive efforts. This role reports to the executive team at Rejuvenation and will work cross-functionally with clinic staff, suppliers, marketing personnel, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Operations & Inventory Management
- Oversee product inventory and coordinate regular reconciliation
- Manage incoming/outgoing shipments, returns, and transfers to clinics
- Monitor expiry timelines, storage usage, and product performance
- Liaise with supplier brands for purchasing, restocks, and relationship management

Process Optimization
- Assist in refining operational processes to reduce waste, inefficiency, and cost
- Support internal product transfers and track fulfillment across clinics
- Collaborate with Rejuvenation’s head office teams to align Dermshop systems

Team & Internal Engagement
- Communicate with clinic managers to promote internal staff conversions
- Coordinate commission tracking programs for clinic staff and medical directors
- Provide administrative support to future marketing and fulfillment teams

Technology & Admin
- Manage day-to-day updates on dermshop.ca (e.g., product listings, stock levels)
- Assist with simple website functions, order management tools, and data reports
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers (e.g., shipping, tech platforms)

**Role Qualifications**:

- 2-4 years of experience in operations, e-commerce, retail, or clinic coordination
- Proven ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and work independently
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in an early-stage or evolving environment
- Familiarity with Shopify, Excel, and basic e-commerce tools is an asset
- Excellent communication skills and a service-minded approach
