**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
- Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to promote our products/services and increase brand awareness.
- Create compelling content for social media posts and other digital channels to engage our audience and drive traffic to the webstore.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to online purchases.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with our overall business objectives.
- Analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic (SEO/SEM), conversion rates, and social media engagement, to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and social media marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years experience with e-commerce, will consider less experience based on passion for cycling and ability to be creative.
- Proficiency in Lightspeed e-commerce platform and content creation tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling product descriptions and engaging social media content.
- Analytical skills for interpreting data and optimizing strategies.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles.
- Creativity and innovation for developing unique and attention-grabbing content.
- Customer service skills for handling inquiries and resolving issues.
- Time management and organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with google products and social media analytics tools.
- Adaptability to evolving trends and technologies in e-commerce and social media.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Open to feedback and possesses a growth mindset, continually seeking opportunities to learn and develop.

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
