**About the opportunity**

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible to:

- develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Handle employee grievances and mediate conflicts as needed.
- oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans. Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related matters.
- develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. Stay up to date on changes in employment legislation and advise management on compliance requirements.
- develop and maintain HR metrics to track key performance indicators such as turnover rates, employee engagement levels, and HR-related costs
- identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

**About you**
- minimum of 5-10 years of demonstrated success as a Human Resources Manager, preferably within the automotive industry or a related field
- a degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is essential
- a solid understanding of labor legislation, employment law, and regulatory compliance is crucial
- strong understanding of both union and non-union employee relations dynamics
- strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
- strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
- ability to maintain professionalism
- ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision
