Pfenning’s Organic Vegetables Inc., a leader in organic farming and distribution for almost 40 years, is looking to add to our amazing ‘Pfamily’

Key job duties:

- Daily order entry for existing clientele (Sunday to Thursday)
- Support key account representatives
- Customer service - including occasional store visits
- Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing clientele
- General office tasks as needed including answering phones and directing calls

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with produce preferred
- Experience in sales and customer service preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building lasting relationships
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to problem-solve and negotiate independently
- Must be able to reliably to commute to our New Hamburg office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 36 - 44 per week

- New Hamburg, ON N3A 1T1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Follow-up question on commuting: This role will require you to commute to the office when transit options are NOT available (busses do not run on Sundays and evenings). Will you be able to reliably commute for this position?
- This role will require day shifts on Sundays (5-6 hours starting at 7am), and Mondays to Thursdays (8 hours, 8am-5pm). This role may also require additional availability to work until evening pending seasonal demands. Will you be available to work during these times?
