**About the Role: Patient Care Coordinator**

This is a leadership role in patient experience, not just scheduling.

As our Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll guide patients through life changing care from start to finish.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Welcome new patients and build trust from day one
- Coordinate appointments, virtual consults, and follow-ups
- Manage patient communications with empathy and clarity
- Work closely with our clinical team to ensure seamless care
- Improve and build systems as we grow
