**Medical Sales Representative (Healthcare & MDR Solutions)**
Ontario, Canada | Full-time, Field-Based
Pay: CA$65,000 - CA$85,000 per year plus commission and benefits
**About the Opportunity**
SteriPro Canada is looking for a Medical Sales Representative to help expand our reach within Ontario’s healthcare sector. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, educating others, and connecting purpose with performance.
If you have experience in healthcare, MDR, infection control, or hospital operations and you’re ready to grow your career in medical sales, this is an exciting opportunity to do meaningful work that directly supports patient safety and cleaner outcomes.
You’ll represent Dr. Weigert (neodisher) chemistry solutions, a trusted global brand in medical device reprocessing. Your goal will be to introduce hospitals and clinics to innovative, sustainable cleaning and reprocessing solutions that improve quality, compliance, and efficiency.
**What You’ll Do**
- Build and maintain relationships with MDRD managers, OR teams, infection control practitioners, biomedical engineers, and procurement staff.
- Present and promote Dr. Weigert’s neodisher product line and SteriPro’s related service offerings in a consultative, educational way.
- Understand customer challenges and offer tailored recommendations that improve outcomes in medical device reprocessing.
- Lead Lunch & Learn sessions, demonstrations, and technical workshops that make complex information clear and useful.
- Provide reliable post-sales support and ensure customers are satisfied with product performance and results.
- Support management in executing contracts with hospitals, health networks, and GPOs.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and workshops to stay informed about the latest developments in the field.
- Maintain accurate sales reporting, forecasts, and territory plans while consistently meeting sales targets.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Background in healthcare, MDR/reprocessing, or infection control
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage your own territory and prioritize effectively
- Understanding (or eagerness to learn) medical reprocessing workflows and hospital procurement
- Willingness to travel across Ontario; valid driver’s license required
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about quality and safety in healthcare
