Krystle’s Innovative Solutions is hiring **2 Cleaning Specialists** based in Muskoka to deliver high-quality cleaning for residential homes, vacation rentals, and post-construction sites. If you take pride in a job well done and work well independently, we want to hear from you.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools as needed for maintenance tasks.
- Conduct heavy lifting when necessary to move furniture or equipment.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in good condition.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as required.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all areas of the property.
- Perform residential cleans with attention to detail
- Handle post-construction cleaning when needed
- Follow company cleaning checklists to ensure high standards
- Communicate on-site issues or needs back to the team

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects safely and operate power tools when necessary.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple job site
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency
- Trustworthy and dependable

Pay: $21.00-$29.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
