At Rolldog we’re helping companies better manage their business relationships and increase their sales revenue. Our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution has been designed from the ground up to add value for our customers every step of the way.

**Objectives of this Role**:

- Implementing and supporting the Rolldog CRM product,
- simultaneously leading Customer Implementation projects,
- assisting with the Customer Support Service Desk,
- contributing to Rolldog's strategic initiatives and;
- participating in internal QA and test activities to support the Product Development

You will report to the Business Development Manager and be a member of the Rolldog Customer Enablement team.

You will provide first-class, post-sales technical leadership to our customers. Working directly with customers, product specialists are the voice of Rolldog and the authority on Rolldog CRM implementation, configuration and usage. As part of the Customer Enablement team, you will have the opportunity to work directly with our Management, Development, and Sales teams to share knowledge and experiences, and will act as the voice of the customer to help drive improvements that will ensure our customers’ success.
- Post-secondary education (in business or management preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with a variety of software solutions
- Ability to plan and manage resources
- An insatiable willingness to learn, grow and WIN
- Strong work ethic, highly motivated
- Customer-focused and very responsive

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, Hubspot, Microsoft CRM, etc.)

**INTERNSHIP ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA**:

- Be unemployed or underemployed youth (persons aged 30 and under);
- Have graduated within the last three years with a degree, diploma, or certificate from a recognized post-secondary institution;
- Be legally entitled to work in Canada;
- Have not previously participated in a youth internship with FedNor’s Regional Economic Growth through Innovation
- (REGI) or in any other federal or provincial internship program with pay for a period of six months or more;
- Not be related to the directors, officers, or managers of the organization
- Work on project-based activities listed under Canada’s Economic Strategy Tables (Advanced Manufacturing, Agri-Food, Clean Technologies, Digital Industries, Health/Bio Sciences, Resources of the Future, and Tourism)
- Must reside in Northern Ontario or be willing to move to the region for the period of the internship

**SALARY**: $60,000/yr.

This full-time position is partially funded by FedNor’s Regional Economic Growth through Innovation (REGI).
