Krystle's Innovative Solutions is a fast-growing cleaning and concierge company known for quality, reliability, and attention to detail. We’re excited to expand our team and are currently hiring **TWO CLEANERS** to help us continue delivering exceptional service across Muskoka and surrounding areas.

**What We’re Looking For**

We are specifically seeking cleaners who:

- Have **strong experience with Airbnb turnovers, commercial/office cleaning, deep cleans**, and **post-construction cleanups**.
- Can **work independently** with mínimal supervision and show initiative.
- **Own a vehicle** and have a valid driver’s license (_preferred_). Gas compensation will be discussed and paid accordingly.
- Are **detail-oriented**, take pride in their work, and genuinely **enjoy cleaning**.
- Are **dependable, professional**, and **have flexible availability**, including some weekends.
- Are **comfortable using a smartphone** (for location sharing, checklists, and team communication).

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete routine and detailed cleaning tasks such as mopping, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, organizing, and more.
- Clean both **residential and commercial properties**, including short-term rentals (Airbnbs).
- Follow cleaning checklists and maintain our high standards of cleanliness.
- Communicate any issues, damages, or supply needs to the team.
- Ensure health and safety protocols are followed at all times.

**Job Details**
- Flexible part-time or full-time hours.
- Year-round, steady work (not seasonal).
- Pay based on experience, reliability, and performance.
- Background checks are a plus but not mandatory.
